Using corn syrup to mix in with luster dusts, instead of grain alcohol and extracts, is a method that sets up well when corn syrup is able to set up well. It doesn’t end up tacky. This is a great method unless it is super humid or temperatures are in the triple digits, as long as it dries completely.
