Berry Cobbler


4 c berries

1 T lemon juice

1 c flour

1 cup sugar

1 large egg

6 T butter


1. 375 degrees preheat oven

2. add berries to 9×9 baking dish

3. toss berries with lemon juice

4. in small bowl combine flour, sugar, and egg (mixture will be crumbly)

5. cover berries with flour mixture

6. slice butter into thin slices and spread as evenly as possible on top of cobbler

bake 45-50 min
