Boiled Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/3 water
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tarter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Bring all ingredients to boil except egg white and vanilla.
  2. Boil on low heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Slowly add to unbeaten egg white until fluffy.
  4. Add vanilla.
