  1. Add black cocoa powder to ingredients, prior to adding sugar, until it’s dark grey.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of “The Sugar Art’s Master Elite black” (no aftertaste).
  3. If it’s not the desired color after letting it develop, add 1 teaspoon of Americolor black.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for 5 minutes then back to room temperature a few times. This will darken the color.
  5. Allow a lot of resting time between each addition of food coloring, in order to avoid altering the taste.
