Sugar Cake Cookies
2 c Sugar
1 c Butter
1 c Soured cream (add 1 T vinegar to sour the cream)
4 ½ c Flour
1 t Vanilla
1 t Baking Soda
1. Preheat 350 degrees.
2. Grease cookie sheet.
3. Add baking soda to soured cream.
4. Mix all ingredients (be careful with your mixer, this could burn it out—a little at a time).
5. Roll into balls and roll in sugar.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
