King Bread Roll

  • 3 1/2 C flour
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 Tablespoons shortening
  • 1/2 c warm water
  • 1/2 cup reg milk
  • 1/2 C powdered milk
  • 2 1/2-3 tsp c active yeast
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk ( not condensed as stated earlier)

This dough is “heavy ” and very thick and takes longer to rise.

1 1/2 – 2 hours first rising then shape and let rise again at 1 hour.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
